AELM\uff09\u5c07\u65bc\u5341\u4e00\u6708\u5341\u516b\u65e5\u81f3\u5341\u4e5d\u65e5\u5728\u66fc\u8c37\u53ec\u958b\uff0c\u5c07\u662fAPEC\u777d\u9055\u4e09\u5e74\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u4ee5\u5be6\u9ad4\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ec\u958b\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u9818\u8896\u6703\u8b70\u3002\u4e8c\u5341\u65e5\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u7e3d\u7d71\u53ec\u958b\u8a18\u8005\u6703\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u5c07\u9080\u8acb\u53f0\u7a4d\u96fb\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u5f35\u5fe0\u8b00\u7b2c\u4e94\u5ea6\u4ee3\u8868\u5979\u64d4\u4efb\u9818\u8896\u4ee3\u8868\u8207\u6703\u3002<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c\u662f\u5411APEC\u6210\u54e1\u8a34\u6c42\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u6b63\u8996\u5340\u57df\u5167\u7684\u610f\u898b\u5206\u6b67\uff0c\u52aa\u529b\u5728\u8cbf\u6613\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u958b\u653e\u8207\u516c\u5e73\u7af6\u722d\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u5728\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u5b89\u5168\u8207\u6548\u7387\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u7d93\u6fdf\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u5305\u5bb9\u6c38\u7e8c\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u9069\u5ea6\u7684\u5e73\u8861\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4e00\u500b\uff0c\u66f4\u524d\u77bb\u9032\u6b65\u3001\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u5171\u540c\u9075\u5faa\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u67b6\u69cb\u548c\u898f\u5247\u3002<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u8521\u7e3d\u7d71\u8aaa\uff0c\u5979\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\uff0c\u5728\u51fa\u5e2dAPEC\u6703\u8b70\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u5206\u4eab\u300c\u81fa\u7063\u7d93\u9a57\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u6709\u52a9\u65bcAPEC\u6703\u54e1\u570b\uff0c\u5728\u5340\u57df\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u7684\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u4e0a\uff0c\u505a\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8ca2<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u8521\u7e3d\u7d71\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5979\u76f8\u4fe1\u5f35\u9818\u8896\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u80fd\u5411\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\u6e05\u695a\u50b3\u9054\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u9858\u610f\u7a4d\u6975\u8ca2\u737b\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u70ba\u4e86\u4fc3\u9032\u4e9e\u592a\u5340\u57df\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u7e41\u69ae\u4f86\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u76f8\u4fe1\u4eca\u5e74\u7684APEC\u4ee3\u8868\u5718\uff0c\u5728\u5f35\u5fe0\u8b00\u9818\u8896\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u5e36\u9818\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5713\u6eff\u5b8c\u6210\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u70ba\u81fa\u7063\u62d3\u5c55\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u3001\u66f4\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u570b\u969b\u5408\u4f5c\u8207\u9023\u7d50\u3002<\/strong><br
